Defective chair but great customer service Pros: Yunior was very helpful in replacing my broken massage chair with a working one. Great communication and lightning-fast text messages! Cons: They sent me a broken massage chair. They also delivered the chair to my driveway instead of directly to my door. You have to climb eight steps to get to my door, and the chair is a 300-pound package, so we had to pay hundreds of dollars to a separate company to move the chair a few hours later. Lucky it didn't rain! If I had known, I would have ordered the chair from Home Depot. It was a couple hundred dollars more expensive but the chair they delivered would probably not have been broken.

My first interaction being a sales/consumer support person who cleared up any questions I might have and helped me confirm which chair would suit my purposes. She was knowledgable about the chairs I had done extensive research on and presented options I didn't know about (despite my efforts to know everything). I am pragmatic about everything and consider a massage chair to be frivolous expense with uncertain gain, so I do my homework. I knew what I wanted, what I could afford, what brand to rely on and finally called to make my purchase. After the support on the phone, I spent a bit more but got a lot more than I planned and am thrilled with the result.

Set an appt, tested a few of the chairs I had been researching (which they have in their showroom), got a great deal for the chair I liked and it was delivered in a week. They offered to come build/install but found a video and put it together in 30 min myself. They still offer to come out to walk us through so customer service has been great so far. Hoping it lasts as long as my previous chair that had no problems in over 10+ years. Recommend anyone looking for a chair locally to go by their showroom.

Sophie was thoroughly patient and knowledgeable and made sure that I got exactly what I wanted for amazingly what I wanted to spend. The unit arrived promptly. There was slight damage from shipping that was immediately resolved. I feel very secure with the 5 year full parts and service warranty.
