Fraud company Fraud company. The robot vacuum cleaner simply does not work. Does not take return the item. Instead the company os offering me to accept 5-10% of the original price and keep the product. Keep away. I am considering other legal options to deal with this fraudulent company. Update: asked my credit card company to block the payment to this fraudulent company. Which they did and I got the refund.

Reviews are fake, blogs are fake, I think the business plan is to sell you a vacuum cleaner and then when you cancel as I did within 2 mins of ordering - they charged me £28.20 for the refund? Complaining to the bank. Steer clear folks.
