Fraud company! Fraud company! They seem to deliver a replica of the more known Liectroux brand. Product (robot vacuum cleaner) was working ok for a couple of months, but when it stopped vacuuming (while still moving around), problem started. Their so-called servicedesk sends you standard nonsense emails, no support given what so ever.

Do Not Buy!! Contacted company 15mins after ordering to cancel after reading consumer experience. All emails in broken English, can't cancel, no time of delivery etc initially. It did however arrive promptly, it does go back to docking station on first few times . However, just doesn't really pick anything up. Partner has been funny to watch going round house watching it for first 40mins 😆🙄....however this hasnt been £188 funny. It can never go into Robot Wars, as is an infant robot. DO NOT BUY !!.

Gets a lot of dirty, but gets stuck often It certainly seems to get a lot of dirt but it will often get itself stuck under a couch or under kitchen cabinets or get stuck on a rug. Wish it was a little smarter to lift up when it's on a rug or to not find the one angle that gets itself stuck. Mop part is only ok it's like dragging a rag on the floor won't get a ton off of it and the water canister is kind of small

Warning scam company. Warning scam company. I ordered a robot but decided to cancel after reading the reviews on trust pilot. Litroux would not cancel the order but the tracking number they sent didn't work. I then contacted them again and again and received emails that weren't even written in correct English. I retracted my payment through the Bank and then Klarna got involved. Not much success there either and they want to charge me a fee, although my problem is not sorted.Litroux now say they will deduct 40€ but have not even acknowledged the return of the item, which I refused to sign for on delivery. I will never use Klarna again and certainly won't use Litroux as they don't even have an imprint on their webpage. They are simply after your money.
