Top of the field by far Post-cancer chemo wrecks your digestive system--but this stuff works to regulate things and in my case, in about a week. I am seldom impressed so much by a product. Finally found a solution! For the last six years since I retired, I have struggled with both constipation and diarrhea, never knowing which the day would bring.
