Excellent Customer Service I recently reached out to support about a package that got discarded by the post office due to a mixup with my shipping address (I had recently moved and the package was to be forwarded to a new address) and although it was through no fault of theirs, Matt and Jason have both gone above and beyond to make things right. PINCH WORKS! PINCH does what it’s designed to do, AND it tastes good! Customer service has been amazing, too. I’m on month 5 of using it almost daily, and have never been more “regular” in my adult life (35+ years.) The new tropical flavor is awesome The new tropical flavor is awesome. They packed a lot of great flavor in. I was not personally a big fan of the OG lemon ginger so the tropical flavor is definitely a welcome new addition. I actually look forward to and enjoy having a fiber supplement for a change. And the product works amazingly too. Big kudos to the Pinch team for this!
