GBNeighborhood Storage is TERRIBLE Neighborhood Storage is TERRIBLE! The secured gates at 2 locations are either broken and stay open for months.or broken and won't open for days! They gave me 3 more days to move out of 2 of my units and are trying to penalize me for not being out on time. The gate was broken for a week and I had no access. If you call after hours they charge you a $35 fee for someone to address an issue.

GBtrash piled in front of unit door… trash piled in front of unit door blocking entrance. Multiple calls no result...one guy said "I see you have two units..which one is blocked, please email me a picture" both units are on same isle..shouldn't take Sherlock Holmes to figure out where to look and he provided NO email address to send picture. There were items intended for Xmas gifts we wanted to get to but couldn't thanks to poor service.

GBnice facilities...but... Nice facilities in seemingly convenient locations....but c'mon....it's a storage unit! The rent goes up at least $5 a year....which I find amazing. Owner Greed perhaps? That's my guess. They know it's a pain in the butt to move...so they stick it to you.

GBTo many changes on existing customers I feel the rate changes and added insurance is a unfair increase to long term tenants is outrageous. Due to no building buy out as well new location! Turn out over the 6th year period no free mouth rental for being loyal customer just over the top $5 on with the taxes how unfairly done. So I rate them at a 2half stars!.
