GBThis company is a joke and is criminal… This company is a joke and is criminal at best. You are charged a service for your packages to be secure, however the irony is that most of the times you never receive your packages from the lockers. Their “customer” service is a joke at best where they agents lie and mislead you. They choose to place the blame to the association or building you’re assigned too. Bunch of lazy unprofessional agents that don’t wanna do their job. I have several packages held captive unable to be retrieve because they can’t acknowledge their locker is stuck. Their maintenance…if you even call it that can never fix the issue and leave the very same down with no resolution. This company is garbage be warned please.

GBThis company will just straight lie to… This company will just straight lie to you. I had a representative tell me they had reviewed the footage from the pick up of my package and they confirmed it was me.... Ended up that the property management had pulled the package and signed it as "MANAGEMENT" The manger is a female, I am a male. If she would have actually reviewed the footage and the delivery at all she would have known it was management. Just lied point blank

GBWorst idea for a company ever Worst idea for a company ever. They do not pay any shipping company to use them, they just try and force them to use it. Therefore, UPS, FedEx or USPS will either take no photos or take photos that doesn't show the shipping label so you have no idea what the package is. Now, I don't even receive any photos. Luxer refuses to rectify the situation and states their only job is to host the check-in iPad.

GBNot terrible but not great Not terrible but not great. Having only one code to access all of my packages is challenging when moving. Though it’s nice to have extra security for my packages.

GBAbsolutely and entirely unreliable 9/10… Absolutely and entirely unreliable 9/10 times that you get a package/mail. I legitimately hate ordering anything anymore because it is almost ALWAYS misplaced or never delivered to me. They are one of the worst companies I’ve ever dealt with in my entire life. Hopefully someone higher up reads all of these awful reviews and aims to make changes. Peoples mail is important. This isn’t just something that you can constantly mess up and never aim to fix it.
