Ridiculous fines, empty lockers, lousy communication I moved to a community with live concierge service. Within months they fired everyone and replaced the friendly staff with a beautiful yet defective horribly and horribly managed Luxer One package room. I am ready to move out already. They fine me for empty lockers and try to deliver large furniture to a package room instead of my townhome doorstep, with 2 seconds to open the door and no option to re-enter after the shock of what is awaiting you wears off. Their phone line is constantly busy. I wouldn't recommend this service for any reason.

They are awesome!!!! They are awesome! Amazon dumped my package inside of a locker but never sent me a code (nothing new) but within an hour of contacting Luxor support, they were able to locate exactly which locker it was in and provided me with an access code. Sadly, you don't find too many companies with such great support anymore.

Not terrible but not great Not terrible but not great. Having only one code to access all of my packages is challenging when moving. Though it’s nice to have extra security for my packages.

Disgusting operations and customer/help… Disgusting operations and customer/help desk 'support'. Missing UPS pkg claimed was delivered but UPS never scanned it in so it's UPS vs Luxor only I am paying the price. I placed multiple messages/ emails/phone calls/IMs while they claim to be online -- all went ignored. I followed up aggressively and they then submit a FAKE help desk ticket. Who the hell is running that company because they suck too!

Works for the most part, confusing faulty system for couriers make this riddled with issues Works for the most part, but yes the couriers all don’t give a crap about following Luxer’s protocols for assigning correct lockers. I have an error happen at least once a week where they incorrectly assign my package to the wrong locker etc. Very annoying, but at least the customer service agents are live via chat 24/7
