GBI ordered three packs of newport I only… I ordered three packs of newport I only received two customer service said it was merchant error but refuse to deliver my additional pack

GBDeceptive advertising, no cigarette products available I tried to place my first order with Saucey this weekend. They advertise that they will deliver cigarettes. I live in a major city where Saucey has an office. But every cigarette item I clicked on for my cart said "currently unavailable." I tried clicking on numerous brands and they had nothing, not one single pack or carton of anything. This is deceptive advertising.

GBYour retailers are always out of stock… Your retailers are always out of stock on cigarettes. Your customer service agent says they can't change the retailer anymore. If I could give zero stars I would. Retailers get stock of cigarettes every single week and there is no reason why there is zero...none online. After the last time I had my grandson take me to the nearest store and I bought 3 CARTONS. So this really tells me you don't want customers in my area. This is only the most recent time I have had this issue.

GBAvoid these guys like the plague Avoid these guys like the plague. I decided to use them over my go to, Drizly because they had a bottle of Scotch I wanted to gift at $65 instead of $75. So I decided "sure, what could go wrong"? Lots. They ended up delivering a $20 bottle of bourbon (with a similar label and bottle shape to the single malt) - and I know that's a subcontractor issue but still, it smelled kinda funky, like someone was trying to trick the recipient - or it could have been a genuine mistake by the subcontractor because the bottles looked similar - who knows? Regardless, then the support fun with saucey began. 6 days later and only after threatening to chargeback my cc did they refund the full amount; they were bound and determined, even though it was their mistake to only give me a partial refund. My first and last interaction with these people. GTFO *edited to include the fact that I got a text 2 hours before the delivery of item, that was picked the day before, that item was no longer in stock. No explanation, no apology, just "choose another option". Was able to find another reasonable single malt, or so I thought but this was just the beginning.

GBOrder never fulfilled Despite my order being confirmed, the order was never fulfilled and I have not, after over two weeks, received any correspondence regarding my order. This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced from any on line vendor.
