Inconsistent packing Boxes were incorrectly labeled as to contents. Should tell customers to not pack remotes and carry with. Many boxes crushed. Had two items broken due to removing from protective boxes. Delivery above average. From driver and his help all were very friendly and unloaded very fast, showing care and concern for our things.

move from houston to toronto I have had a long discourse with the Daryl Flood Co so this is not new to them. The pick up was fine - the crew did a great job. No issues there. The drop off was the issue. we thought we were getting an unpacking service as well, as most companies offer and what had been our experience with Atlas in our first move. In addition, our delivery date was missed because the date was not registered (or a glitch as we were told) correctly. Then the drop off crew did a poor job in unpacking and leaving boxes everywhere. I had sent pictures to Daryl Flood about this already with little response. I felt that some reimbursement should have been done since this was not up to our expectations, nor to what was the standard for most moves. But I am only the customer.

Trouble from beginning to end! Trouble in confirming load and unload dates (driven more by their need and convenience versus us as the customer), pack and move and then unload were a cluster. Several items damages or destroyed, including our 56" HD TV - completely destroyed and not packed properly and then crammed on a truck and trampled. They literally disassembled everything to make a heavier load. Boxes were mislabeled and we are still discovering things missing and mis-packed/mislabeled. Only positive was the price, but in the scheme of things WAS NOT worth it. You get what you pay for...or not! Will not ever use them again. They also sub-contract the pack and the move and lost complete quality control in the process.

Experience Daryl Flood Mayflower was a nightmare! Our experience with Daryl Flood this past summer was a nightmare; this company treated my family and our belongings with contempt and disrespect. Though the company was in breach of contract with us, we were bullied into accommodating it. Many of our belongings were damaged in the process; packers packed our belongings carelessly and irresponsibly; boxes were mislabeled in bizarre ways; delivery men put things where they wanted them to go, not where we instructed them to put them. The driver damaged our yard when he left our property. Never in our 27 years of marriage have my wife and I been treated so badly by a business.

Too much follow-up required on customer's part For some reason this time moving with DF has more difficult as it relates to getting questions answered and the requests followed-up on. We have had to follow-up up multiple times on requests and with everything going on, having to follow-up is a burden, time consuming and frustrating. This new for DF as in the past they have always exceeded in customer support/service. Hopefully this is not a trend or a result of seasonality or too much growth, etc.
