GBMy belongings arrived to the destination, many of which left in better condition than they arrived. My belongings were moved from Texas to Indiana . They arrived as scheduled, and I was updated by the driver regularly. Everything was held in storage for 3 months. As we moved from storage to the new house, I found many things damaged. Large appliances that you wouldn't think to plug in and check right off the truck....legs on couches, broken pictures, mirrors, glassware that was packed by the movers. I was slightly disappointed by the care taken for my belongings. In summary, the driver was pleasant and reliable, and kept me informed. The people they hired to pack and load were not of great quality.

GBCareless Terrible experience. Most of my high end furniture was damaged. The delivery guy that did the most damage to my items even had the nerve to tell me, "you can't even tell where I glued this back together"!! Clearly he was just incompetent to think it acceptable. I regret having chose this company.

CAmove from houston to toronto I have had a long discourse with the Daryl Flood Co so this is not new to them. The pick up was fine - the crew did a great job. No issues there. The drop off was the issue. we thought we were getting an unpacking service as well, as most companies offer and what had been our experience with Atlas in our first move. In addition, our delivery date was missed because the date was not registered (or a glitch as we were told) correctly. Then the drop off crew did a poor job in unpacking and leaving boxes everywhere. I had sent pictures to Daryl Flood about this already with little response. I felt that some reimbursement should have been done since this was not up to our expectations, nor to what was the standard for most moves. But I am only the customer.

GBDamage either in storage or in transit Unsatisfied with damaged property. A family antique chair was damaged either in storage or during the move from Austin to Seattle. An arm was broken off as well as the rush seat was sliced. I was unable to get the chair repaired as it was determined that the chair was repaired before. When that was brought to my attention, it looked like the repair work was done 50+ years before. The chair was in very good - not destroyed - condition when it was picked up for storage. $0 dollars were given for the damage. Unfortunately, I didn't have a photo of the chair - Jeyson Peters, Sales Rep. would know that it was in very good shape when they stored for me.

GBVery bad claim experience. This is our second time using Darryl Flood for relocation. We liked the drivers and his crew who packed and unpacked with our stuff. But the experience with their claims department has been horrible. They are very slow to respond and repair or compesate for essential items which is causing us a lot of inconvenience. We paid an arm and a leg for this move and did not expect such a stressful experience. I hope they improve their claims department.
