GBSo Desperate For Orders Beware Placed an order on 10/10 large enough to qualify for free shipping. They added a "lift gate" charge to deliver the order (all delivery trucks have a lift gate). Emailed to cancel the order about an hour after placing. They refused to cancel. I told them I would refuse the order. They still refused to cancel and emailed their "conditions" that said I would still be responsible for return shipping. I again told them to cancel, they refused and the order shipped the NEXT DAY. The order was refused and they charged me $115 return shipping disguised as a merchandise order with sales tax added to make it more difficult to dispute. Upshot Bank of America refused my dispute for $115. I placed the same order with Lindenmeyr Monroe, saved $150. before the $75, lift gate charge and actually got free shipping. I'm still $110 ahead after the $115 return shipping for the order they refused to cancel. If Packaging Price is so desperate for orders to refuse to cancel a repeat customer's order my suggestion is to save yourself a ton of money and order from Lindenmyer.

GBthese people are a scam beware they i… these people are a scam beware they i placed two orders for a shipping price of 19.99 on my third order they tried to charge me 79.99. i contacted them and she says they are giving me the lowest best rate to ensure my package arrives. my total for my order was 103 and shipping cost was going to be another 79.99 almost the same price of my order. get the word around do not let these guys scam people share the info on social media for shipping price gouging. im not stopping here i will make sure everyone know about your scam. im sure you will try and make up some lie just to make yourself look better but people will see you guys are scammers.

GBTERRIBLE BOXES!! WRONG SIZES!! AVOID AT ALL COST!! TERRIBLE BOXES!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I ordered 48" long boxes since that is the cutoff size for a major price increase from the shipping carriers. Every single box they sent me was too long by a whole inch. This has led to a doubling of the cost of my shipping which is unacceptable for a business. When I reached out to at least get a refund for their incorrect boxes, they told me they couldn't. This was their fault and it has cost me significantly and they are unwilling to fix the problem they caused. Terrible boxes, terrible service. Avoid at all costs. ULINE is 1000 times better.

GBVery shady selling practice Very shady selling practice. You will never know that is item you ordered is available in stock. Only after you will put your order, pay for it, only after this you will find out that your item is on backorder and it is ALWAYS "(Expected in Stock: NOT AVAILABLE"). And if you will not pickup your order when THEY tell you to pick it up (may be you are enjoining a beach at this time) they will charge you 20% restocking fee. Stay away from this company.
