When I reached out, they told me I had to pay return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee if I wanted a refund, even though the error was on their end. The conversation on their end was rude, unprofessional, and dishonest.

GBFantastic alternate Placed an order overnight at 10pm, called at 10 AM to check status and if it will ship out today. They said item is in stock, requested them to ship out as had an urgent need. The lady checked and said there might be a charge for cancellation, that irked me but she kept her promise. Package was delivered next day, much faster than ULINE and Amazon.. great experience.

GBWish I could leave 0 stars. Damaged product and no response from support weeks later I placed an order for boxes and every bundle was damaged. They were still mostly usable but they looked absolutely awful. I took photos and reached out to their support for some type of explanation and they haven't gotten back to me in 2 weeks. I followed up, but nothing so far. As a subscription box business owner, I'm disappointed that I had no choice but to ship my packages in these terrible looking boxes, but I'm even more disappointed in the lack of response/apology/explanation. Needless to say, I won't be reordering, and their customer service is embarrassing. I would recommend taking your business anywhere else.

GBVery poor and disappointing experience Very poor and disappointing experience. I ordered some mailing tubes from this company. Shortly after I placed the order, I received a message indicating that the product was out of stock with no projected restock date. I called the company and spoke with a young woman who said that she checked stock at other warehouses and the product was not available. I requested that she cancel the order and she said she did that. I then ordered the product from another vendor, since I needed it quickly. I was surprise to get a message the following day from Packaging Price that my order had been filled and shipped. I call the company, and the person I spoke with indicated that they had no record of the order being canceled. I could return the product at my own expense for the shipping and pay a 20% restocking fee. I forwarded the company the message I received stating the product was out of stock with no projected availability date, along with the very specific time I called the company, was completely ignored. Due to the very poor customer service and obviously inaccurate systems of this company, I have two cartons of mailing tubes I have no use for, and I've wasted a considerable amount of money. The tubes arrived today with the two boxes tied together so tightly with plastic wrap that the tubes on the sides of both boxes have been crushed and are unusable. I certainly won't be ordering from this company again, given the poor experience throughout this transaction. Packing materials are all pretty much the same; it's the customer experience that sets companies apart. And this company evidently isn't interested in that experience.
