TERRIBLE BOXES!! WRONG SIZES!! AVOID AT ALL COST!! TERRIBLE BOXES!!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! I ordered 48" long boxes since that is the cutoff size for a major price increase from the shipping carriers. Every single box they sent me was too long by a whole inch. This has led to a doubling of the cost of my shipping which is unacceptable for a business. When I reached out to at least get a refund for their incorrect boxes, they told me they couldn't. This was their fault and it has cost me significantly and they are unwilling to fix the problem they caused. Terrible boxes, terrible service. Avoid at all costs. ULINE is 1000 times better.

Very shady selling practice Very shady selling practice. You will never know that is item you ordered is available in stock. Only after you will put your order, pay for it, only after this you will find out that your item is on backorder and it is ALWAYS "(Expected in Stock: NOT AVAILABLE"). And if you will not pickup your order when THEY tell you to pick it up (may be you are enjoining a beach at this time) they will charge you 20% restocking fee. Stay away from this company.

The boxes I ordered weren't what was… The boxes I ordered weren't what was listed. When I reached out, they told me I had to pay return shipping plus a 20% restocking fee if I wanted a refund, even though the error was on their end. The conversation on their end was rude, unprofessional, and dishonest.

Too expensive Was using them all the time. Now they have added extremely high shipping charges, so high that Uline is cheaper lol

Bad company!!! Bad company!!! They delay shipping, when there is a problem with the carrier, they don't want to solve the problem quickly, causing damage and disrespecting the customer. Customer service with totally unprepared people and with absurd rules. NOT RECOMMENDED, you will definitely get bored!
