I like the fact that it give me all the available couriers for me to compare the rates and types of services for me to pick. Horrible Horrible! Shipment between Johor Bharu to Manila took17+ days, one week of which is sitting in the office in Manila. They claim to try to contact and deliver, but no one called and they didn't make an attempt to deliver. They send messages and ignore the responses with delivery instructions. Then they send out messages claiming you weren't home or didn't answer the phone bla bla bla. If you want to save money, I guess it works, but if you actually need your package delivered - call Fedex or DHL. Don't ship anything of value or time sensitive with this company, it will only end in tears.
