AUI'm very happy with my first time use… I'm very happy with my first time use of the HopShopGo platform. I used their Buyforme service and it went perfectly. Then the process to ship to Australia was also flawless. The delivery time was an impressive 4 days. I used their welcome voucher with the Express upgrade and it made the whole process very affordable. BIG THUMBS UP from me 😁👍

PHI recommend this app so much I recommend this app so much, I have purchased several items that weren't locally available here in the PH and I am satisfied that they have shipped the products I want that I thought I wouldn't be able to get. Luckily I have found this app and they have such great services that you can use!

MYno longer reacheable. it's like they've all but closed up shop hopshopgo has been a great service in the past. however, things have taken a turn for the worse of late. i'm not sure when the system changed, but there's no longer access to a live chat agent. the only way to contact them is via email, which seems to go in to a black hole. they've always been very responsive, but after the system change, they no longer reply to email. it's been weeks. there's no other way to contact them. and the shipping costs which used to be reasonable have now increased exponentially. with amazon offering direct shipping overseas now at much more favorable rates, it is no longer cost effective to use hopshopgo, especially with their non existent customer service

AUAvoid at all costs!!! It cost me $252 to ship a pair of slippers from the US to Australia. The online quote estimate said $90 (using their exact measurements and weight)which with discounts was excessive but bearable. Once I shipped my items to them they added on all sorts of hidden costs - Australian Duty (despite the quote saying all taxes included) Mandatory Insurance, Volumetric Weight Add ons, Air Fuel Surcharges, the list goes on. They refused to give me a refund of the excess amount despite admitting that their quote site does not include all charges as stated and said they would be updating the site shortly to give a more accurate estimate. As the company is owned by PayPal the claim to PayPal was also dismissed. I very strongly recommend against using their services unless you have money to burn!

SGCathy and Neil are the best Cathy and Neil are excellent customer service managers. They understand customers' issues and will think out of the box to resolve their problems. Their out-serving customers is exemplary and should be emulated by all on the service teams. I have been with hopshopgo for more than 5 years and I have encountered various issues and only Cathy and Neil have proven themselves time and again! Keep up the good work guys!
