Please do not use this company Please do not use this company, they broke my furniture and after a year sending forms and letters and complain to the Better Business Bureau, they refused to send me my money. The better business bureau cannot help you they will do nothing for you. The company will not respond to e-mails phone calls or nothing. Be very careful with the contract, my contract stated amount was $1,973.55. and the same day of the moving they told me I need to pay another $2,000.00 more They do that because at the day of the moving the customer does not have time to change to another company. They still the money of the Senior citizens. This company is not good it is garbage. Please go to another moving company. They just want your money they destroyed my furniture. They refused to pay..

Completely inefficient The customer service from the office was great, but the actual movers were not. From the minute they arrived at our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment they were annoyed with the amount of things we had. We have a normal amount of furniture for a 2 bedroom NYC apartment, certainly not an 8 bedroom house. Their truck was too small to fit everything because they came with a truck to fit a studio/1 bedroom apartment, resulting in a move that took them from 9am-11pm on move day and then another few hours 3 days later to pick up the remaining items. They worked slowly and inefficiently resulting in my fiancée and I having to help load and unload the truck with them, despite us paying for the move, to expedite it. Not only was the move a disaster, but they broke a lamp and chipped bedside tables and two of our dressers. They were sloppy and careless. This was absolutely the worst move I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend.

Great Company We utilized this moving company when moving my son in New York City. The representative I dealt with was Mike. Mike was wonderful in making this difficult and complicated move easy. This move consisted of moving my son out of his apartment into storage for several weeks and then moving him into another apartment. We were very pleased with this service. Slow and disorganized We had 3 movers move us in a span of 8 hours from 4pm until 10pm. They scratched up our mirror and very expensive nightstand too. They were incredibly slow and disorganized, seemingly inexperienced.

Great move! The movers showed up on time and were really efficient. They took care with all my furniture and were really nice as well. Coordinating the move in advance was also really easy--the administrative team got all the insurance paperwork filed with our building without any issues. I've moved a few times in NYC and would definitely recommend this company.
