Nice service with a few hiccups Both movers were nice and extremely hard working, but a few errors were made. Movers arrived 45 mins after scheduled arrival window and left a large box and the first address. It was clearly indicated that the new address only permits residents to move in between the hours of 10am-4:30pm and the movers did not arrive at the second location until 4:15.

Good Team of Movers Tony's team of movers did a professional job, which included several bulky pieces they had to navigate through tight spaces and steps. A few minor dings and one small chip, but given the degree of difficulty, I can live with it. Price was competitive, if not cheap. I would use Simply Moving again and feel comfortable recommending them.

Please do not use this company Please do not use this company, they broke my furniture and after a year sending forms and letters and complain to the Better Business Bureau, they refused to send me my money. The better business bureau cannot help you they will do nothing for you. The company will not respond to e-mails phone calls or nothing. Be very careful with the contract, my contract stated amount was $1,973.55. and the same day of the moving they told me I need to pay another $2,000.00 more They do that because at the day of the moving the customer does not have time to change to another company. They still the money of the Senior citizens. This company is not good it is garbage. Please go to another moving company. They just want your money they destroyed my furniture. They refused to pay..

Very good movers The movers were very professional but friendly and had a positive attitude. Nothing broke but a modern acrylic table was deeply scratched on the side. It is obvious that this piece was not wrapped or maybe it was but it got damaged as it was being taken out of the van. Other than this, thus was a very good moving team. They work very well together and I will hire again.

dishonest and non-professional at all dishonest and non-professional at all. Disrespectful crew. They broke many of the items. My mahogany top dinner table- damaged- cracked for their negligence. The chairs were dragged all over until they broke, love- seat and sofa- fabric satined, torn and damaged. When I complained, they simply said "file a claim".
