I even gave them the payment to a furniture to pick up and they did with no issues. They are so patient enough to dismantle and assemble my big table that didn't fit the door. They handled my things gently, all completely delivered. Sadly, I wasn't able to give my tip, but looking forward. Move is fine. Referral program is fake Initially had a good move with simply moving. Decides to refer my friends through the referral program where they say they give you a percentage of each referrals move. 2 of my friends moved w the company and I heard nothing from them. I called, sent emails, and no emails back. Its not right to have a dishonest referral program advertised if you don't have a system to follow up with it.

Good Team of Movers Tony's team of movers did a professional job, which included several bulky pieces they had to navigate through tight spaces and steps. A few minor dings and one small chip, but given the degree of difficulty, I can live with it. Price was competitive, if not cheap. I would use Simply Moving again and feel comfortable recommending them.

Completely inefficient The customer service from the office was great, but the actual movers were not. From the minute they arrived at our 2 bed, 2 bath apartment they were annoyed with the amount of things we had. We have a normal amount of furniture for a 2 bedroom NYC apartment, certainly not an 8 bedroom house. Their truck was too small to fit everything because they came with a truck to fit a studio/1 bedroom apartment, resulting in a move that took them from 9am-11pm on move day and then another few hours 3 days later to pick up the remaining items. They worked slowly and inefficiently resulting in my fiancée and I having to help load and unload the truck with them, despite us paying for the move, to expedite it. Not only was the move a disaster, but they broke a lamp and chipped bedside tables and two of our dressers. They were sloppy and careless. This was absolutely the worst move I've ever had. I wouldn't recommend.

Underpriced my quote by thousands I… Underpriced my quote by thousands I believe they tried to beat the competition uhaul and two and a half men. They are so desperately thirsty. I told them exactly what I had in my home piece for piece the size and the length and they get here and they say they don’t have room even though every item listed was in the paperwork the took a 3rd of my stuff for 2,000 really small two bedroom apartment. Don’t do it unless your rich
