I was sending some gifts for my daughter and guess what…the package 📦 arrived at my house half🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬😡🤬 And I rang the company(east line)and one lady(very arrogant)she told me to complain by email 😂😂😂,who’s gonna do what????,because was my mistake and I didn’t read the reviews of this company before🆘🆘🆘🤬🤬🤬🤬😡🤬😡🤬 everybody is complaining about the missing items from the packages + other things SO AVOID THIS WORST COMPANY!!!!❌⛔️❌⛔️❌🆘🆘🆘

Do not touch with a bargepole! No zero stars are available, unfortunately. Pick up: Driver blamed me for road works and being late, packaging too large (should I cut my stereo system in two?). Absolutely no shame in talking to clients like that.

They earned my trust Used their services for few years now , quick delivery, updates on parcel status , great customer service and friendly drivers . I can see many complaints but we need to do our part in ensuring the packaging is done right by us. Thank you a lot . C

I have been using this company for 5… I have been using this company for 5 years now, sending parcels back and forth from Romania to UK. They arrive to collect when they say they will, deliver on time, never had an issue. I am very surprised to see all these bad reviews. I wonder what s going on:( 5 stars from me though as they did not dissapoint me.

After 6 years they went down the hill After 6 years they went down the hill. Year by year the services became worse and worse until I had to stop using them. Made an appointment for a pick up, got called that I need to pay some extra taxes - although it wasn't specified on their website, agreed to pay it although it didn't made that much sense, only to get a call from the driver that we waits for me outside to drop my parcel, so much for the "door to door" services, because "the company won't let him enter the building". Hilarious services with a waste of money and a waste of time.
