GBVery bad experience Very bad experience. The last two deliveries sent was a Samsung tv 43” went missing and a PlayStation 4 and a Delonghi coffee machine was stolen from their original boxes. In Romania I’ve been to the police but in England I wrote to Small Court, which is a gov.uk site and made a complain . Paid £35 and they mediate the issue. I recommend to everyone who had a bad experience with Eastlines to do that.Don’t let them. GBCompany offers no refund for undersized packages Company quotes terms and conditions as to why they refuse to refund £80+ from a £200+ order where the items were measured correctly but the weight was less than declared. They would have charged me extra tax if the parcel was heavier so why not give the customer back their money to make it fair? No coupon for future use given, no refund. I'm pretty much going to look elsewhere for the rest of the items I was planning on sending home with another company that's not a thief. Lost a future customer and I hope this review will open up other people's eyes about the kind of business you run. 1/5 stars.

GBReliable company and good customer service I used them few times now and are really professional. I missed being home and they kept my delivery in the warehouse as needed . Good customer service and nice polite drivers . Will use again .

GBAvoid at all costs Avoid at all costs . The company is soo bad I had to take 2 days of work and twice they didn’t turn up so I’d lost £500 just by that ! Very untrustworthy, packages arrives open and items missing from inside . This is second time I’m using them and thy don’t care about punctuality! The collection guys looking very suspicious without high visibility vests etc etc !
