Their team is very responsive and is able to provide detailed quotes from multiple movers very quickly. We have had nothing but great experiences with the movers they quoted. expesnive I was disappointed in the cost of the company referred. I decided to do my own research and found plenty less expensive. I guess it is possible I didn't fill something out correctly. We have a small move from one apartment to another in the same building.

Unsafe Do not use. Ripped off by movers they recommend. Gave false estimate! Payed double what was quoted. Showed up late, unprofessional, broke furniture, I felt unsafe, wouldn’t unload until I paid in full.

Emailed Tuesday AM for move Friday Emailed Tuesday AM for move Friday. Was told I could not be helped because 3 business days are required which makes no sense. Tues/Wed/Thurs are 3 business days. Or Wed/Thurs/Fri? Still got a list of contacts which did help, but I'm not sure why the person said they couldn't do whatever they're supposed to do in addition.

I have had an absolutely horrible… I have had an absolutely horrible experience with the company recommended to me by Move Matcher, Illinois Movers. They have been difficult to work with, dishonest and ended up not even moving all of the items they picked up because it "couldn't fit on the truck." Worst of all, I have reason to believe their driver stole a box full of valuable items from me when delivering. The company seems like a complete joke of an operation and I wholeheartedly regret my decision to work with them.
