I purchased wine racks for a full room I purchased wine racks for a full room. The kits came timely and the instructions were reasonably written. The quality was very poor. Sections did not line up with each other and wood was cracked and knotty. I requested and received several replacements. Customer service was excellent. I would not purchase again.

Wire Rack ReviewI recently installed a wire rack system… I recently installed a wire rack system from WCI. It was easy to install and looks great. WCI support was there to answer my questions and, in my case, send some additional hardware to accommodate my particular installation. I recently received two wooden wine… I recently received two wooden wine racks. The installation instructions were among the worst I have ever seen. It took two of us two hours just to get the first one assembled. Once done, we realized that some of the key parts were different lengths so I can't stand it up. I can only lay it on its' side. I am returning the second unit as it is not worth the money.
