WCI support was there to answer my questions and, in my case, send some additional hardware to accommodate my particular installation. Nice and sturdy wine rack We love our wine rack, but it was a little tricky to assemble. We ended up hiring our handyman since it was suggested to use a nail gun and we don't own one. Customer service is phenomenal. I got very quick replies to my questions before and after placing my order. I am impressed with the level of communication. I would recommend buying racks from Wine Cellar Innovations if you are OK with having to do the assembly yourself or hire it out. The end product is very nice and suits our needs perfectly.

Horrible experience Horrible experience. We’ve been waiting for our cellar to be competed for nine months with poor customer service, attention to detail and project management. Do not sign a deal with them if you want your project done on 2021

Good design, good product. Wine rack carton arrived in good condition. Wasn't quite prepared for the "some assembly required" issue but was ok. Yes, used a nail gun. Trying to hammer nails by hand would have been an exercise in frustration. Couple of the pieces split when nailed due to grain in wood. Had to glue and clamp to repair. Rack works fine, pretty much what I expected.

I chose the redwood individual bottle… I chose the redwood individual bottle racks and love it. Once you carefully review the assembly instructions, it's easy to put it together [with a brad gun]. I did not choose the lacquer finish but ended up doing it myself later - wish I had ordered it finished. One section had missing parts but a phone call had them expressed to me the next day.
