BAIT AND SWICTH BAIT AND SWICTH. BUYER BEWARE. Initially contacted us star trucking to get my motorcycle transported. The original $400 quote was rescinded the day before the original pickup date (too late to be able to do anything). Afterward being forced into another carrier for 40% over the original quote, US Star CONFIRMED that the bike was going to be delivered after we got to the delivery location on Tuesday. Imagine my surprise when the carrier arrived 3 days early and they didn’t even know it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. Use this company when you want a outsourced “reservation” for a carrier and zero piece of mind. If they do this without hesitation, I can’t even imagine what would have happened in the event the motorcycle was damaged!

WE SHIPPED OUR CAR FROM NIAGARA FALLS… WE SHIPPED OUR CAR FROM NIAGARA FALLS N.Y. TO DALLAS TEXAS. IT LEFT OUR HOME ON SEPT.14 AND ARRIVED AT OUR DAUGHTERS HOUSE ON SEPT 18, AS PROMISED. EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY AND ARRIVED PERFECTLY. I TALKED TO THOMAS ON THE PHONE AND HE WAS VERY CURTIOUS. ALL WENT AS THEY SAID IT WOULD.
