GBDo not under any circumstances sign a… Do not under any circumstances sign a contract with this company!!! They give you a supposed date and time of pickup and then they make you wait all day and never show up. Then when they fail to provide the service and you try to cancel, they refuse to cancel without making you pay a cancellation fee that is never disclosed to begin with. They are a pure representation of inadequate, self serving and deceptive business practice and should never be trusted. The worst form of customer service I have ever seen in my entire life!!

GBBAIT AND SWICTH BAIT AND SWICTH. BUYER BEWARE. Initially contacted us star trucking to get my motorcycle transported. The original $400 quote was rescinded the day before the original pickup date (too late to be able to do anything). Afterward being forced into another carrier for 40% over the original quote, US Star CONFIRMED that the bike was going to be delivered after we got to the delivery location on Tuesday. Imagine my surprise when the carrier arrived 3 days early and they didn’t even know it was supposed to be delivered on Tuesday. Use this company when you want a outsourced “reservation” for a carrier and zero piece of mind. If they do this without hesitation, I can’t even imagine what would have happened in the event the motorcycle was damaged!
