Worst service and no customer satisfaction All of these companies are virtually the same. They quote you low prices and then hike them up to almost double. Definitely warning everyone to choose a better company. One recommendation is to negotiate with these companies on the initial deposit. I’m certain this is their fee that they take initially and then the rest is the driver’s fee on delivery. American haul displayed especially low standards in terms of communication and commitment. They delayed my car transport by almost a week and then doubled the price that I need to pay. They also called me profusely till they got their deposit and then were unreachable on two different numbers. Worst part is that they refused to refund my money on cancellation and then kept saying that I had disputed the charge with my bank. They are liars and will do anything to keep your money without providing any good services. Eventually I had to dispute the charge with my bank as they refused to REFUND me.

total scam total scam. will jack up the prices. i had to reschedule a flight due to them being 2 days late on delivery. car arrived, stained seats, gas mileage on the car and now toll tickets. You should see the text message exchange between the company and i . "not our problem, you must have bad day and cry laughing faces at my experience" cannot believe this company has any positive regards about it.

Scammer Do Not Use Scammer, wont provide a refund. The cost quoted is now 3 times more. I never worked with any other company. Absolutely the worst business practices ever! DO NOT USE!!!

Second time using them. Second time using them. Sent car from Miami to Atlanta. Steve is great. Clear communications and no hidden prices or anything. Will definately use them again if needed.
