GBWorst service and no customer satisfaction All of these companies are virtually the same. They quote you low prices and then hike them up to almost double. Definitely warning everyone to choose a better company. One recommendation is to negotiate with these companies on the initial deposit. I’m certain this is their fee that they take initially and then the rest is the driver’s fee on delivery. American haul displayed especially low standards in terms of communication and commitment. They delayed my car transport by almost a week and then doubled the price that I need to pay. They also called me profusely till they got their deposit and then were unreachable on two different numbers. Worst part is that they refused to refund my money on cancellation and then kept saying that I had disputed the charge with my bank. They are liars and will do anything to keep your money without providing any good services. Eventually I had to dispute the charge with my bank as they refused to REFUND me.

GBTotal Scam Total Scam! Do not waste your time! They quoted me $450 dollars, then were a day late to pick up my vehicle. The next day they called me 1 hour before the pickup and said the delivery price would be over 50% more than the quote! Be careful and select another company and make sure they have a refund available for your deposit!

GBThe best, honest and competent Trust me, this is the best shipping company. I was assisted by Steve Marks who is extremely patient and dedicated, he helped me at the last minute to get a driver to transport my car and deliver it to me the next day for a FAIR price. They didn’t charge me anything more, unlike what other companies do. My moving process was so stressful, I was deceived by another company so I was very discredited and desperate. And I there was more 3 or 4 companies trying to persuade me and just get my money, while he was really trying to help me with all his effort, on a Saturday afternoon. I’m so grateful. Thank you again Steve! You were my best choice! That’s why I can properly say: American Haul is the best one.

GBLex Tyler at American auto-haul… Lex Tyler at American auto-haul was great. I was looking for a company to ship my BMW from one state to another. I was asked for a deposit to lock in the date for the pick up so I was super nervous because it’s so much fraud going on but Alex assured me that this was the policy and that everything would be fine. I was able to call Lex anytime with questions. Lex kept me updated until the time of service. I would definitely use them again. The price was definitely reasonable.
