Monster Mover Review From beginning to end, the service and experience with Monster Movers was incredible. Over the phone communications were articulate, clearly explained, and personable. Email communications were professional and detailed. My movers RJ and Davis arrived early, and could not have been more professional, polite, and pleasant on all levels. They were able to get all the moving done within my allotted timeframe- and were beyond gracious. They ACTUALLY jogged back to the truck when they weren't carrying things (as advertised... but SERIOUSLY they do that!). They were very business-like and I was super confident and trusting of their abilities, and didn't worry at all about the care in which my items were handled. This included a 300 year old wooden chest, that they were alerted of ahead of time and made sure to recognize before they started packing everything up. I would hire those two guys for any job, and they were a great representation of a well-run business. I can't wait for the next opportunity to recommend Monster Movers! Everyone here gets an A++ from me. These student athletes knocked it out of the park! (I believe it's RJ that plays baseball?) Monster Moving and Storage Review Monster Movers did a move for my sister and mom up to Marlborough MA from the Orlando area. The crew arrived in Florida promptly and did a great job packing and getting the furniture ready to be moved. Both crews did a phenomenal job overall and were very polite. They were responsive and allowed my mom to rearrange her furniture at the delivery. The price was good and about $100 less than the estimate.

The movers themselves were amazing an packed everything perfectly. The office was very communitive and really went above and beyond for us putting up with our date changes and going back and forth to storage when our furniture wouldn't fit into the new house. And best of all the move was affordable and they didn't charge us an arm and a leg.

Monster Movers Reviews Our family had a super complicated move and the office at Monster Movers is hands down the best in Massachusetts. First, the people who answer the phones are super friendly and informative. All of the other companies reminded me of online dating. As soon as I told them I wasn't interested they jumped all over me telling me I was a horrible person "wasting their time" then they called me every day even though I told them to stop. Monster Movers packed all of our furniture, stored it for 3 months while we finished our house, and delivered. The move was flawless. We were initially worried because it took longer but they had climate storage and the furniture was protected properly. The only issue were 2 smooshed boxes that my husband packed but supposedly he was not supposed to leave air in the boxes so not sure who's fault that really is.
