Nasty Lock stolen out of my cart after I passed an employee...subsequently burglarized of choice items. no help at all for management. bad attitude, denial. No recovery even on insurance without visible damage. and they have rats.

We have found this out the hard way. A few years ago we had to use a storage facility---needless to say some of our items were found with mouse droppings. We had to throw out mattresses, etc... Helpful, friendly service, The best. I have used the Fox Chapel Guardian Storage on two different occasions. Once when I was preparing to move from my home and wanted to store items I wanted to keep safe. The other occasion when I had to store a family member's household items. I made the arrangements and Guardian Storage saw that the movers had access to the locker and secured the belongings. I will always be grateful for their help, knowledge and friendship.

Very accommodating, friendly and experienced staff This facility is far superior to those I have used in other cities. It is very well maintained and well lighted. Some storage firms don't even have lights in each unit. My long distance movers arrived very late on a weekend but Guardian assists in any way possible. The elevators and carts are always available. Of course, the staff is excellent and helpful in every way!
