Clean, competent, professional operation. Three years ago, I made some bad storage choices and called Guardian for help. Anita took great care of my issues, provided several options and my storage problems were solved in 30 minutes. I've been with Guardian ever since and would recommend this facility to anyone.

1st Class Facilities and Superb Customer Service the two Bobs (General Managers at Freeport Road location) are very customer oriented. The place is kept clean and well-lighted. We have used other temporary storage facilities, and this one is head and shoulders above any other we've tried.

Very disapointed I thought I would be needing a storage unit for my daughter. I went to the fox chapel location in pittsburgh. I purchased a unit to be used the next day. 198.00 plus I also purchased packaging material locks ect. The following day I found out I would not be needing it. And I called to cancel. I could not recieve a refund. I think that is horrible business non professional and would never recommend your company I paid for a storage unit that was never used Kimberly Kight

No complaints We have been using Guardian in Washington PA and have been very happy with that location. Clean, well lit, rest rooms available, easy access for our car (or a truck). We have a 5x5 unit and it holds more than we have to store. Price is very reasonable. Sometimes a little difficult to find something as there's no light inside the unit but hasn't been a real issue, also the ceiling is low so need to be careful. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Very accommodating, friendly and experienced staff This facility is far superior to those I have used in other cities. It is very well maintained and well lighted. Some storage firms don't even have lights in each unit. My long distance movers arrived very late on a weekend but Guardian assists in any way possible. The elevators and carts are always available. Of course, the staff is excellent and helpful in every way!
