Her patience and expert knowledge as well as personal service not only solved my problems but restored my faith in your company. You need 100 more like her but I think she is a rare find. Dan and Jen, a peak customer-service experience. Daniel Manzano and Jen Anderson are just flat-out incredible employees of Exfreight. As a rep with Saia Motor Freight, all of the emails I receive are generally always about issues that are urgent, and Danny and Jen are always understanding, and quick with feedback. I can't say enough good about this team you've got. If I wasn't based in Idaho, I'd immediately take them both out to dinner and a drink just to say thank you in person. Ran out of nice things to say about Jaclyn This is way over due! I give Jacyln Regolic 5 STARS. My first container shipment, could of been an ordeal, but was not. My situation was I thought I had 4 days to get a 20' container. I had less than 24 hrs. If not, customer would have paid to relocate goods and storage fees. Told Jaclyn what I was up against, she took the lead. Jaclyn made it happen the next day. -arrange delivery of container -arranged Fumigation-Auction house did not know anything about-how too -Chassis/Drayage -Explaining what docs are needed-VGM SOLAS fee Her attention to details and dedication to her job took the pressure off me.
