The freight was scheduled to be picked up on 7/30, the carrier fell down and Noelle spent considerable time on the phone with the carrier in an attempt to get the freight picked up on the 30th. The freight was rescheduled for 8/2, the carrier again fell down and Noelle worked with the carrier to have another driver assigned for pick up on the 2nd.

I received great assistance from the Operations Team Lead The Operations Team Lead provided great assistance on complex export shipment matters. He was very responsive to every request and provided excellent advice and expertise.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They used a third party hauler who lost our equipment on the way to a trade show. They only located the equipment after a week of searching after the trade show was completed losing 8K for my company. After claiming they would help us make a claim to our insurance provider and the 3rd party they are basically just standing behind their terms and conditions as they are not responsible for incidentals. This would not be incidental if they did not hire a third party hauler that lost our equipment. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU VALUE YOUR PRODUCTS AND AVOID AT ALL COST FOR TRADE SHOWS!!! Im already looking into legal representation against this company.

Ran out of nice things to say about Jaclyn This is way over due! I give Jacyln Regolic 5 STARS. My first container shipment, could of been an ordeal, but was not. My situation was I thought I had 4 days to get a 20' container. I had less than 24 hrs. If not, customer would have paid to relocate goods and storage fees. Told Jaclyn what I was up against, she took the lead. Jaclyn made it happen the next day. -arrange delivery of container -arranged Fumigation-Auction house did not know anything about-how too -Chassis/Drayage -Explaining what docs are needed-VGM SOLAS fee Her attention to details and dedication to her job took the pressure off me.
