There is no clear communication… There is no clear communication regarding when the customer will be able to print a shipping label. I have paid for my shipment and would like to print the label and get the box to FedEx; but I can’t until SHIPIXY sends me the label to print. I have checked my Junk/Spam folder as well as my inbox. So, right now I’m feeling cheated. Clear communication about how long it should take for SHIPIXY to send the label would help. After opening a Chat session with SHIPIXY, the customer service rep was able to email me the shipping label. If they had gotten me the label as expected this would have been a 5 star review.

I give only one star less because some steps from the process of placing an order were a bit difficult to understand at first - like the way I should write the phone number, then which delivery option to choose. There was one for 0.00USD which was weird. Other than that, a great service!
