GBShipixy had the cheapest shipping rate… Shipixy had the cheapest shipping rate I could find for my package. I had a problem printing the label, but customer service responded to my email and fixed the problem expeditiously. I will use Shipixy again

GBThere is no clear communication… There is no clear communication regarding when the customer will be able to print a shipping label. I have paid for my shipment and would like to print the label and get the box to FedEx; but I can’t until SHIPIXY sends me the label to print. I have checked my Junk/Spam folder as well as my inbox. So, right now I’m feeling cheated. Clear communication about how long it should take for SHIPIXY to send the label would help. After opening a Chat session with SHIPIXY, the customer service rep was able to email me the shipping label. If they had gotten me the label as expected this would have been a 5 star review.

GBThis was my first time using this… This was my first time using this company to ship a package to the UK. The only problem I encounter was the instructions for drop off location which was unclear. Otherwise everything went smoothly and my package arrived at its destination within the time specified. I will definitely use this service again

GBAffordable international shipping First time using Shipixy to mail a box to Germany. Very affordable pricing. Had trouble finding the shipping label but customer service helped me out quickly and emailed it to me. Will be using this service again.
