LOVE this company SO pleased!! Was looking for a nice care package to send my boyfriend while hes away at his internship, but so many other care package companies don't let you chose what you want to put in, or have way too "fancy" non-name brand candies like a small pack of "champagne gummy bears" or some small ridiculous trinket. I loved that with package penguin i could chose specific snacks and candy that i know he likes. The cost was not bad at all for how much I was able to pick out, and I loved even being able to customize the tissue paper. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for care package ideas!

Annoying I ordered a care package and spent quite a bit of money on the package. The tracking number was invalid, and when I called to check on the tracking, I got a voicemail and nobody called me back.

Will Use Again! Will Use Again! My sister wanted a care package while away at school. I found most of her favorite products online but please restock the sold out items quickly! I love how easy it was to customize my care package and the tracking number helped as well to ensure she received her package! She loved her customized note that I have written (typed) for her as well. Thank You Package Penguin! I will re-order again!

Shipping of this has been a nightmare Shipping of this has been a nightmare. From long processing times to the package being redirected to a FEDEX office with no way to change who is picking up. Makes it hard to have package picked up when it is a care package for a hospital patient.

amazing ! Ordered this for my boyfriend, arrived right on time! He loved it he was beyond excited for this package and it surely didn’t disappoint. The little note option was also so cute! definitely going to be using package penguin again!!
