amazing ! Ordered this for my boyfriend, arrived right on time! He loved it he was beyond excited for this package and it surely didn’t disappoint. The little note option was also so cute! definitely going to be using package penguin again!!

LOVE this company SO pleased!! Was looking for a nice care package to send my boyfriend while hes away at his internship, but so many other care package companies don't let you chose what you want to put in, or have way too "fancy" non-name brand candies like a small pack of "champagne gummy bears" or some small ridiculous trinket. I loved that with package penguin i could chose specific snacks and candy that i know he likes. The cost was not bad at all for how much I was able to pick out, and I loved even being able to customize the tissue paper. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for care package ideas!

excellent customer service My experience with package penguin had some difficulties but because of the way the handled themselves I still am giving them 5 stars. I ordered a package for a friend and paid for the shipping to get it there at a certain date. However, after 7 days passed that date it still had not arrived. I called customer service and they immediately looked into it and helped me. Even though it seemed like a problem with the postal service and not them they took full responsibility and gave me a complete refund. They were so helpful and even though my experience wasn’t what I had wanted, I will definitely be using them again.

An easy way to send a tasty care package/present Package Penguin makes it easy to send a gift/care package of yummy munchies. I found the website super easy to use and my package arrived when they said it would (not an easy feat in the current pandemic situation). I like the tissue paper wrapping choices. I found quite a few things out of stock when I ordered this time (though not last year so could also be pandemic-related). Overall my only complaint is I’d like to see more choices of things to order. I will definitely use them again.
