Amazing communication, very kind with all the loopholes we had to jump, and she still accomplished her mission. She’s delivered to me more than one time, and she nails the delivery everytime! Smooth delivery, but frequent web-site timeouts are annoying My first time with this service. The delivery was smooth and included delivery pictures (which is not only proof-of-delivery, but it helps me find exactly where they delivered it), and their web site tracking was pretty good, especially with the ETA when the delivery is an hour or so away. The frequent time-outs and need for email/text “reverification” on the website was annoying, though.

As long as delivery drivers follow… As long as delivery drivers follow instructions, use call box dial 9 22 and front door deliver it will be a 10 star rating . Driver called me that call box pad not working, told her to dial 9 22 in the callbox and it work! Got inside and delivered to my unit front door. Happy me and no complaints and rated experience 5 stars. Bottom line is : read and follow instructions and will be looking forward to next week good delivery.
