Smooth delivery, but frequent web-site timeouts are annoying My first time with this service. The delivery was smooth and included delivery pictures (which is not only proof-of-delivery, but it helps me find exactly where they delivered it), and their web site tracking was pretty good, especially with the ETA when the delivery is an hour or so away. The frequent time-outs and need for email/text “reverification” on the website was annoying, though.

Amazing communication, very kind with all the loopholes we had to jump, and she still accomplished her mission. She’s delivered to me more than one time, and she nails the delivery everytime!
