These movers were excellent These movers were efficient, conscientious and, most importantly, gentle. We hired them to pack everything in our 3 bedroom apartment and then unpack and put our things away in our new place. Nothing got lost, nothing was broken, and they did an amazing job getting things out and then into two NYC apartments. The furniture they had to take apart was put back together perfectly. The crew was courteous and extremely professional. We couldn't have been happier and would recommend them to anyone planning a move.

Happy customer My move came off without a hitch; Daniel in Sales arranged everything well, and dispatch kept me up-to-date about how things were going. But the moving team (led by a different Daniel) was the real star of the show. They were exceptionally conscientious with my stuff, creative in their packing and slogged through a super hot, long day to get me into my new home in time. Everything arrived safely without damage, from my large paintings to my delicate wine glasses.

Excellent moving crew second time around I used FlatRate twice in the space of two months. First, to remove the contents of my home to a storage facility, then six weeks later to shift everything to my new residence. Bernard was very helpful and calm with planning, and Rigo and his team, Angel and Uriel, were The Best in packing and moving my furniture and belongings with utmost care, so much so I requested them for the second phase of the move. My move went spectacularly and… My move went spectacularly and everything ran as smooth as possible. My movers handled everything I needed and were very diligent in handling my belongings with care. My agent Adam also made the scheduling process very smooth and answered all my questions in a timely manner.
