GBI was nervous... I had heard horror stories of auto transport companies.. but BookEz did help ease that. We had an agent who was new and apparently didn't tell us that the window for pickup was approx. So be way off that and ask every single unidentifiable question. Other than that, we've been happy with the results.

GBEZ Booking company hired the carrier EZ Booking company hired the carrier, Fast Car Go LLC to transport my car from San Diego, CA to VA Beach, Va. Horrible customer service. I am a very lieniant person and very easy to work along side. This service was stressful and unprofessional. The man who was supposed to pick up my car on the scheduled date texted and said “this was his second job and the traffic is horrible and asked to reschedule” I changed my plans for him and ended up driving from San Diego to Irvine to drop it off to him the next day. I was okay with it because I understand what it’s like to have a busy schedule. They gave me information for the lady in charge, Donna, who doesn't answer the phone. Texts only. She sent me the drivers name and number along with her colleague Phitsana Daniels. Nobody ever reached out to me about the status of my car, I did all the reaching out. They did allow me to keep the car on site, Big Charlie’s Truck Plaza in Virginia Beach free of charge for 10 days until I was in town, which was nice. I dropped it off on the 12th and it arrived on the 24th, I picked it up on the 6th. I payed Phitsana $1210, through the Navy Federal app then went to pick my car up. The disappointing part of my experience is how dirty my seats were. I contacted Phitsana and Donna and they both accused me of making false accusations. I was not harsh, I was just expressing my disappointment with how dirty my seats were and wanted to know why. They said nobody would have been in the passenger side seat, but that is false because there was a dirty paper floor mat. I asked if they could please pay HALF the expense to get the cars interior detailed ($80) and they said “it’s not happening” I have all of the texts between these two people who were extremely defensive right away (which makes me believe this happens a lot) and rude. I am in the Navy transferring to Virginia and this was an absolutely horrible experience because now I have to pay to get my car cleaned and it feels very invasive. I would recommend EZ Booking company drop this carrier from there business to not cause any future customers from this unneeded stress. (I also am sure they put a few hundred miles on my car but unfortunately I do not have proof). If EZbooking decided to stay in business with them I would consider making them put plastic on the seats and maki g sure there drivers are clean and better trained.

GBI was comfortable with the info and… I was comfortable with the info and details they went over everything with a good price,no bait pricing like a few companies I tried.stright forward.my car got delivered without any damage with the driver contacting me with pics throughout.
