DO NOT USE THESE GUYS! Probably amongst the worst companies to ever deal with it. When I initially reached out, they were very responsive and said quicky make payment to reserve the date. Made payment, and it was like they disappeared - no time frames of when the car would be delivered, no status, in fact, no responses. They outsourced to a 3rd party that did not speak any english. The car was to be delivered to manhattan but they said to pick it up from New Jersey because it was more "convenient" for them. Went to NJ at the agreed meeting spot, only to be told that they went somewhere else since they had to pick up a car from another location, so meet them at yet another location. WORST WORST WORST - i went along with it only becuase they had my car.

Responsive, timely and friendly We switched to US Luxury Shippers when another hauler let us down. Jackie very quickly gave us confidence that we were in good hands and that we would have a quick pickup and delivery. We booked on Wednesday and had a pickup on Friday. The trip from Florida to upstate NY was completed on Sunday. Our classic car was delivered in perfect condition to our door. The driver was excellent in giving updates along the way and the care he took in onloading our vehicle. We are very happy to recommend them.
