GBI am disappointed in my decision to rent from this facility! I am somewhat disappointed in my decision to rent from the New Hope storage facility. I moved in on Friday, September 13th, around 5:00 p.m. I was pleased with the staff, the price, the indiividually alarmed doors, the unloading inside the building. I was VERY unhappy with the temperature, very very hot inside. It was cooler outside, not my idea of climate controlled. There were only three carts available and two were being used, that left one small cart to unload a 26' truck. The smell of fresh cigarette smoke, someone smoking in the building, and now the worry of my belongings smelling of cigarettes. I chose this facility because of the amenities it provided. I felt my belongings would be safe. I now fear damage from high humidity and cigarette smoke. Please reassure me that this will not be the case. I really do NOT want to move again.

GBGreat! The staff is very helpful and friendly. The facility itself is very clean and secure. My overall experience was fantastic and I would highly recommend Minneapolis Storage Centers!

GBNice facility. Good systems. Good service. Brian helped us out in a busy Saturday and hustled his but off for me and the other customers waiting. He did a very good job of providing conscientious and respectful service.

GBThe most clean and well-managed storage in the Twin Cities! I have used this storage facility more than once through the years as has my sister. It is consistently provides great customer service, an extremely clean and safe environment at competitive prices. I have used another storage facility in St. Louis Park and my belongings came out moldy and I didn't feel that they were particularly safe. I wouldn't consider using anyone else but Bloomington Self Storage and highly recommend them to anyone needing to store their goods for short- or long-term.
