GBRyan Savage at Mercury auto transport… Ryan Savage at Mercury auto transport was amazing. At first, I was skeptical, because let’s be honest, getting a vehicle shipped is risky business. Ryan Savage always kept me updated and was very transparent and honest about the companies he would get in contact with to ship my vehicle. He did his job as he should’ve and took the extra mile to gain my trust, and he deserved it. I had my vehicle shipped from Missouri to Texas and it’s in perfect condition.

GBThe industry is odd The industry is odd - best to read up on how it works to set expectations on how much it costs and where the money goes. I was very happy with Spencer Thomas and how he handled getting my car shipped. He was prompt, communicative, and he found a suitable transporter for the next day, and all seemed to go relatively smooth. Only negative has to do with how they jog for business, and this is not just them, it's an industry thing - which is spam out emails with lower rates than you should expect to pay, then it's a bait and switch with what the price actually is. My eventual price was slightly higher than the initial bid - which i was told was a price they never could have achieved. But the end price was still better than many of the quotes i was getting elsewhere. Suggestion to all - look up businesses that have positive reviews on BBB or yelp or whatever your favorite review platform is. Make sure you feel comfortable and trust them (to some extent). I'm still giving Mercury a positive review, and would likely inquire with them again if i had to ship another car.

GBA last minute change.… On the day before our scheduled pick up, we learned that the truck was in the shop for a repair. That evening I notified Melissa. Not knowing how this would turn out Melissa within hours, arranged for another truck to pick up our car the following morning. Everything went smoothly. As it turns out, the original truck would’ve been unable to take our car for several more days. We can’t thank Melissa enough. She did a great job.

GBGood experience Did some research on car transport companies, saw good reviews and decided to go with mercury. Short notice on a Saturday, Jesus Vega helped me get a driver and had the car picked up within 4 hours of my call. Personable & professional dude. It was a relatively short trip but it was fast shipping & a painless process.
