GBGood experience Did some research on car transport companies, saw good reviews and decided to go with mercury. Short notice on a Saturday, Jesus Vega helped me get a driver and had the car picked up within 4 hours of my call. Personable & professional dude. It was a relatively short trip but it was fast shipping & a painless process.

GBMercury found a carrier instantly despite the short notice After I confirmed my order to have my car delivered from Texas to Florida, Mercury Auto Transport instantly called me back saying they had already found a carrier to transport my vehicle. Keep in mind that this was done during the weekend, where business was sure to be slow due to the schedules of the truck carriers. However I did not expect my agent (David Hilty) to instantly find a carrier in such short notice, which was perfect knowing I could get my vehicle a lot sooner then expected. As a first time customer to this kind of service, David explained everything in a simple manner and gave clear instructions on what I should to prepare for the carrier. The price remained in the expected range, I had no issues doing understanding the process, and I got my vehicle home with no problems! Thank you David Hilty for a quick and simple service!

GBGreat experience Great experience. Melissa Dossett was my agent and she was with me every step of the way. She stayed in constant contact and provided me with information spelling out the whole process. When the assigned driver had to cancel, Melissa was able to get me a replacement so quickly I didn't even have time to let the seller know there maybe a delay. Overall great experience and very appreciative of Melissa's hard work and effort!
