GBIt’s not the refund you expected!!! As far as I can tell, this is just one extra layer between the seller (that doesn’t want to stand by their products) and the shipper. You should be suspicious if a company uses this service. In my case I purchased the insurance for a nice cane. The package arrived but the merchandise was broken so I filed a claim. I did receive a refund for the merchandise but I didn’t get a refund for the shipping. So, I paid $10 for shipping and say $1 for the insurance for absolutely nothing. Remember, think twice before you decide to put an order into an online company that uses this vendor.

CAGood customer service - Great product The first screen cracked after the first start up. It was a defective product. Mobile pixel has agreed to fully replace it. Communication was smooth and supportive. At the of day, that's a good product that greatly improves productivity!
