I filed a claim and attached 3 images. New item arrived in a few days. Easy and hassle free process. The item was &69, and the insurance fee was like $0.79. Peace of mind for your shipping.

Package arrived damaged Package arrived damaged. While Shipped refunded the amount of the item itself, I still paid for the taxes, shipping, international shipping, duties. Additionally, I have not been provided instructions on how to ship the item back. Disposing of the item myself will be an additional expense at the city dump. No way to reach the company to discuss further.

The absolute worst The absolute worst, they have lost my shipment twice, I am not able to get a hold of anyone, and even though they say I can get a refund it doesn't provide any options. I am actually going to call my credit card and contest the charge due to their lack of action.
