Kudos to "SpareFoot" Alex with "SpareFoot" was so professional and personable. He quickly helped us find the storage unit we needed. And, Connie, the manager at Thornton Storage was phenomenal.

My Best Interest at Heart The representative I spoke to on the phone was open to explaining the how the system works since I had never rented a storage unit. He explained the where the storage facility was and spent a good deal of time advising me about the size I would need and how the contract works. I had been calling other companies and found this person the most helpful and he seemed to have my best interest at heart.

Great customer service Well from the moment we walked in the door the person behind the counter was so very pleasant to talk to. The office was very clean even the parking lot. He showed us around and checking out was a very easy process.
