GBDon’t trust what they say, verify with actual place Found a storage unit, and reservation agent told me I had until May 9th on a hold for the unit (renting on the 15th) to do the paperwork. Great. I get a call from the place itself and they won’t hold that, they wanted payment right away. When I questioned why the stories were different, I was told that the 3rd party was wrong and they can’t seem to get SpareFoot to stop telling customers that. Very “deceptive business practices” kind of vibe.

GBI was able to get through to a person I was able to get through to a person, unlike some of the other facilities I called. Process was quick and the people were friendly and helpful!

GBConvenience of Accuracy! Wasn't too much work to do. I finished unloading on time and the use of dollies were free of charge. This is one of the best choices and location is very convenient. It's sits right between both of my job locations in case I need to pick up any emergency items. I would recommend Store-local self storage to any of my friends or relatives. GBMy Best Interest at Heart The representative I spoke to on the phone was open to explaining the how the system works since I had never rented a storage unit. He explained the where the storage facility was and spent a good deal of time advising me about the size I would need and how the contract works. I had been calling other companies and found this person the most helpful and he seemed to have my best interest at heart.
