The mock up colors and design were accurately reflected in the final product, and being able to see a physical proof before purchase was very important! The team was also highly responsive and helpful in troubleshooting. The bags turned out even better than I had hoped. The print quality is top notch. I love these bags and I am proud to show them off!

We thought we had planned in enough time for design and edits, but we had cut it close after an unexpected error we found in the proofs. Represtative Ashley T. helped us out by making sure the order got to scheduling and production in time for us to have our bags by Small Business Saturday. The quality of our proof was excellent and the customer service, even better!

GBYou added 43% to my cost? You added another 500 bags because of an overrun? I can understand 10-20 here and there but when the final bill has increased 43% that’s completely unacceptable and uncalled for. This was my first order and I am of course a small operator at this point. What if I had ordered 20,000 bags and you increase my order by 43%? Would someone have at least called me before Intentionally running this far over and then just sticking me with the bill? This is beyond ridiculous. And their copy and paste tone-deaf customer “service” reply was astonishing.
