GBExcellent Quality in Product and Customer Service They laid out clear guidelines for each bag size, and gave feedback and guidance if an element did not meet the specs. The mock up colors and design were accurately reflected in the final product, and being able to see a physical proof before purchase was very important! The team was also highly responsive and helpful in troubleshooting. The bags turned out even better than I had hoped. The print quality is top notch. I love these bags and I am proud to show them off!

We could see the mockup online and the ordering process went seamlessly. We will be ordering again soon as the ones we just got are flying off the shelves. Highly recommend!

GBTop notch customer service Top notch customer service. Extremely responsive and helpful. I tried using other companies that are under DBA, and that acronym for them should definitely be different choice words. Roastar rocks!!!! As a small business growing into customized packages this is perfect next step. Once you get to 10k+ minimums then you can get better pricing but the customer service still isn’t there. That’s what will keep me going with roastar.

GBYou added 43% to my cost? You added another 500 bags because of an overrun? I can understand 10-20 here and there but when the final bill has increased 43% that’s completely unacceptable and uncalled for. This was my first order and I am of course a small operator at this point. What if I had ordered 20,000 bags and you increase my order by 43%? Would someone have at least called me before Intentionally running this far over and then just sticking me with the bill? This is beyond ridiculous. And their copy and paste tone-deaf customer “service” reply was astonishing.
